The location allowed easy walks to main attractions. Many eatery choices were available. Metro access was simple. The breakfast offered a very nice buffet. I really appreciated the sound isolation and good air conditioning.
I found that one of the front desk staff was not very cute.

the location was really convenient. it made it easy to walk to many attractions. i found the breakfast buffet particularly satisfying (especially the selection of pastries). the staff were very helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.
i noticed some minor street noise at night. it was only noticeable from my room on the lower floors.

the room lacked proper a/c even though it was advertised temperature adjustment was impossible i was told to open the window i feel i should receive the service i paid for it's not fair i was mislead

the hotel's central location was superb, really central. the room i had was spacious and quite clean. i found the nespresso coffee machine in the room a lovely touch. the breakfast staff were super friendly and helpful.
the street outside was a little noisy at times.

I found the breakfast very good with a large variety of options. the staff were all friendly and helpful. They assisted with directions. the hotel is in a great area with a pedestrian zone, lovely. a short walk led to plaza mayor with a variety of restaurants!
the room was not exactly as depicted in the online photos, though it was acceptable.
